I sometimes get kind of like nodule pimples- hard bumps that are very painful. They don’t really develop a head but are more of a small bump that is painful and pink. Unlike the average pimple it takes up to 2-3 weeks and sometimes longer to get rid of them. Does anyone know what I’m talking about/ know how to fix this?

Sometimes i get one on my nose, but thats right before my period. So fat I have took hot hot water and placed it on the pimple (I heard that works) but its not. What can I do to make these go away? Right in time before school starts. I would not like to use proactive (SP?) or anything like that. Any suggestions?
