How do you get rid of big, painful oil pimples?

I have really bad oil pimples on my forehead, and I really don’t think it is my shampoo. I need suggestions on a spot treatment, or a face wash. Thanks you.

i use clearisul ultra and it works sooo well!! also, an overnight thing that works is putting toothpaste on the pimple, this helps a lot too

Try clean and clear on the spot zit treatment, also neutrogena exfoliating face wash. Then try clean and clear oil absorbing mosturizer

whatever you do don’t use toothpaste. Yes it dries the spot but it leaves your skin so dry and crinkly. This worked for me…

You can crush 1to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash. More such solutions at
