I have the same prob….
I used to use cheap crappy stuff…Still doesn’t work…
Use the quality stuff….Message gently on your face…
Use facial foam, toner, moisturizer and pimple cream or gel…
Use the same brand for all the things….
I also used squeeze my pimples before, now im scarred for life..

if it is really bad, you might have to see a dermatolagist it might be a hormonal problem. Otherwise use a good cleansing routine everyday (DON’T overwash your face by washing your face more than twice a day max). Use a gentle exfoliator to remove dead skin that blocks pores. A face wash to wash the dirt off your face. A toner to remove the left over dir after you’ve washed and exfoliated, and it reduces pore sizes so it doesn’t collect dirt as much. And a good non-oily moisturizer. If you have hair that hangs in your face – get it out of your face, and don’t constatly touch your face with your hands. Sometimes using aloe vera juice extracts with your cleansing routine can be helpful for this kind of problem (use after you used toner)

Consult a dermatologist.

Dont buy over the counter kind of stuff. I know it works for some people, but you should really go to a dematologist. They’ll find out what kind of skin you have and what kind of treatment works best for your skin. Then they’ll prescribe you with the right one.

Hope you solve your problem. :)

The worst thing you can possible do is put strong spot creams on your face. In my experience it just seems to ecourage your skin to produce more oil and in the long run they just get worse. Try body shops aloe vera range, even the exfoliant is gentle. Alternatvely, try using E45 cream as a soap, it does lather if you add water, and if you have T zone skin it will not aggrivate the spots, whilst moisturising the other areas. Good luck!!
