Use proactive I had a cousin with the same problem and it worked fast. His skins smooth as a babies butt now. hehe. Im using now for the past few days and im tellind a difference in my skin already.
exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate!!!
It worked for me…
I just use a Clearasil daily facial scrub.. and it cleared my face right up :c)
use a minty toothpaste.
Make sure that you are following a regimen. Daily, twice a day even if your skin can handle it.
Wash with a pore cleansing soap meant for faces, use an astringent, and follow up with a moisturizer meant for faces to avoid a pore clogging oil.
um..try washing ur face like twice daily. there’s this stuff that i use called Velocity its through Mary Kay make-up. it works very good!! :]
It sounds like cystic acne and it forms deeeep deep in the skin. Depending how severe the pain is you can either go to a dermatologist who can take them down with a cortisone shot, or you can take Ibuprofen (which reduces swelling) and apply ice to the area for a few minutes to help reduce the swelling too. The WORST thing you can do though is pick at it!! That makes scabs which just look awkward, with or without concealer on them!
Take birth control. It will regulate your hormones. Other than that, wash your face every day.. you only need to exfoliate once a week or your skin will dry out.
you could go to a dermatoligist – they give out good cream stuff, for me it worked in just 2 days =-]
or just clearasil, neaturgina, or proactive creams all help
i know what your talking about.. I get one of those painful ones like once a month by my nose.. Since I cant pop them I usually just saturate them with rubbing alcohol whenever I can so they eventually dry up. Then I use an oil free facial mosturizer so I dont have a nasty dry spot on my face…
One time I had one that was so painful that I resorted to popping it with a safety pin. It actually worked. It was disgustig though and I hope I never have to do it again. Now I have a scar but hey atleast its gone! Good luck.
oh and I hear Proactive is a realy good product for acne.
i dont think you should pop them.
do not do anything yet until you talk to a dermatologist!!!!
that sounds really bad….
get to a dermatologist ASAP!!!!
I feel your pain.. when I was a teen I had baby smooth skin… just 2 years ago my skin started erupting and got really bad. I’ve been using proactive and it works really good. Although it got rid of some of my acne it hasn’t left me with smooth skin. So I’m making an appointment for the Blu Light laser. It’s expensive.. but it’s sorta my last resort.
well the best thing i use for pimples and it works is get u some Calamine lotion in a pink bottle, it works very good on acne and or other such skin problems. use it at night ,and leave it on all night long if possible, and in day time wash face with soap and water like 3 times a day, soon it will all be gone!!! Good luck, i wish the best for u!!! p.s. make sure u put calamine on very thick!!
Are you certain they are pimples? I ask because of the size of some of these. Based on your description, they do not seem to follow a typical pimple pattern. I suggest that you see a dermatologist to rule out anything more serious.
That sounds like more than just an acne problem, especially considering the fact that you have never broken out before and you had an outbreak the size of a nickel. Just go to a doctor and use Pro Active. Pro Active really does work as good as they say. It’s worth the money.
You just have to clean your face everyday. And use some cleansing scrubs everyday also. simmpple—-good luck
If I were you, I would visit a dermatologist. It may be something other than just pimples, and a dermatologist can determine if it’s just pimples/acne or some other type of skin problem. I wouldn’t try an over-the-counter product until I found out for sure.
Major maintenance and time on your face. Wash it. Two times a day. Hormones and stress play a big factor in the break outs as well. Pimples are actually cause by bacteria. Daily and commited maintenance on your face with the washing with actually any product on the market will help slow down and even eliminate future break outs. If you find a product is drying out your skin, limit it to one times daily. Try and keep your hands off your face, your hands hold oils and bacteria, that can contribute to the acne. The acne won’t go away on its on. Stay on top of it. Cleanse your face. Don’t get lazy on this. If you want your skin to be tip top shape, you have to work on it as well. Even if you would get the proactive, you still have to cleanse it. Start with just cleansing it, as a ritual, morning and night. With even just soap and water. You will see a difference.
Don’t squeeze them! You don’t mention how old you are but sometimes men will get whats called ingrown facial hair! It’s when you shave and one of your facial hairs grows under the skin causing a hard lump that is painful to touch. They can last quite awhile and what happens is eventually the hair works it’s way to the surface where it forms a whitehead and when you squeeze the spot a hair will pop out! It looks like a little stick almost!! Then the bump goes away! I usually get them once in ahile in the same spots!! Go figure!!
So!!! You may have that going on instead of pimples! Pimples usually appear and in a day or two form a whitehead that can be popped!
Gross stuff what we guys gotta go through huh!!
Try just using a regular bar of soap and make sure the problem areas are clean…after u wash just use a lotion and gentle massage it into you skin so your face doesnt become dry and irritated… after a few days of washing your face ..u will notice a difference…good luck
First of all, DO NOT POP THEM!!!!! Popping and squeezing and other forms of pimple-torture can cause permanent scarring. They’re not going to go away over night; it’s probably going to take several weeks of diligent treatment. First of all, you’re going to need a facial cleanser designed for treating acne. If your skin feels oily or greasy, then get a toner to use after washing your face. A third product you’ll need is an acne cream. These range from little bottles of spot treatment (yeah, that’s what they’re called) to tubes of a full on mask (yeah, the green or blue gunk). You’ll have to use these three products in the morning and night RELIGIOUSLY and for at least three weeks to begin seeing any improvement. If after a month you’re acne hasn’t improved or at least stopped hurting, then you need to see a dermatologist who can give you prescription strength cleansing products. If you’re up for spending the money, I’d go with a system such as Proactive. Good luck!
i herd if you put baby poop on your face it will help clear up you face..Smear it around the effected area.
