Ya know people always tell you to watch out for greasy foods but thats actually a myth. There are basically two kinds of acne. One is caused by bacteria and the other is hormones. If you can go to the family doctor they have great meds for acne. The doctor will help determine what is causing them and treat it appropriately. Best Wishes
Well mainly oily stuff. and I one read in an artical that excess os fizzy drinks like pepi, 7up, coca cola and so on also cause pimples and plus coffee. that’s mainly the stuff I can think upright now. Try to kep your face clean and free of dirt that might reduce pimples. Some times it’s mainly a persons skin andat a certain agethey might go away. But I guess precausion is better. good luck.
There is no food to avoid so that you don’t break out. You should eat healthy. Stick mainly to vegetables, fruits and lean meats. Drink lots of water. You can take supplements that will help. Acne comes from dead skin cells that clog your pores. Just cleanse your face and body every morning and night and after any activity. Don’t use soaps that are too harsh and drying, just something mild. Keep your hands away from your face as that can lead to extra bacteria. If you have long hair tie it back away from your face at night.
Don’t use alcohol because that will dry your face out and make it produce more oil or become irritated and break out. For a quick solution to dry up a pimple try some sort of product with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

Clean bedding
Clean clothes
Clean skin (frequent swimming in chlorine helps and antibacterial soap)
Lack of exercise
Lack of sunshine on skin
too much sugar like chocolate, and cakes Try to avoid too much fast food like McDonalds. Instead eat more fresh foods like apples or other fruits, and fresh vegetables like salads.
Use alcohol and facial cleansers at least once a day.
to wash away your sweat and grease from the days activities. Also use bath soap that rinses away completely . As some soap can stay on your skin even if you try to rinse it totally away. Whcih causes build up on your skin and blocks the pores of your skin.
