Water, some sun, a good diet and plenty of sleep (on clean sheet and pillow cases of course!)

If you have an individual blemish that you need to attack soon, nothing works better than a little toothpaste.

Gently rub a small dab of toothpaste on any active pimple. Let the toothpaste dry to a cake-like consistency. (That takes just 20 minutes!)

GENTLY remove the toothpaste with a clean cloth or single-use tissue. If you want more effect, repeat the application, let dry overnight.

None of the over-the-counter or prescription treatments we have tried work any better or faster than these inexpensive treatments.

the thing i used was a microdermabrasion with a chemical peel. I saw results immediatly and clear within 2 weeks, also they havent come back, it cost 150$ for both procedure and I had it done in May and have not gone back yet, I will soon to keep it going. It is worth it, I have tried alot of acne creams, lotions, cleansers. and nothing, Not a real vein person just couldn;t stand the acne anymore.

Of course you have to be properly hydrated and helathy and all that good stuff. But if you still have an acne problem, try btea tree oil/b. You can get it at any Rite Aid/CVS/Walgreens/etc. It has worked fantastic for me since I started 3 weeks ago. My skin from then compared to now is ridiculous. A few small pimples here and there that are beginning to die down. 3 weeks ago, these very same pimples were the kind that were big, red, and hurt like hell.

The tea tree oil is a liquid so apply it to your skin with cotton pads at night before sleep and/or in the morning. I use it at night.
